Recently I ate at Thai Garden in Northampton, the Thai place next to the train bridge.
I usually ask "Is there anything that is not cooked with soy sauce?" The waitress didn't miss a beat, and asked: "Are you allergic to wheat?" I was dumbfounded. I said yes, and she proceeded to list off the dishes that were wheat free. If I remember correctly, it was all the curries, the pad thai and maybe one other dish. Just delicious, and their knowledge was so awesome.

I have pretty horrific rsi (repetitive stress injury) so typing is painful. But, I have a ton of ideas for blogs, and I'm dying to get started on this one.
